Chinweike Dokubo

This research work aim to investigate the production of bio-ethanol from potato peel feedstock. Saccharomyces cerevisiae was used for the fermentation during the investigation. Fermentation was done over a period of 168 hours. The absorbance of the resulting solution after hydrolysis of the feedstock was measured at 540nm using spectrophotometer.
